Novatus is a Series B scale-up RegTech SaaS provider and boutique advisory practice, enabling financial services firms to solve complex challenges and redefine what’s possible through expert-led technology and consulting. Our SaaS platform, En>ACT (short for Ensuring Accurate, Complete and Timely reporting), is a market-leading solution for regulatory transaction reporting and reconciliation, providing real-time, independent oversight of transaction reporting across all global regulatory regimes.

En>ACT is the only real-time assurance solution that tests 100% of transactions and 100% of fields, replacing sample-based reviews and static PDF reports delivered months after the event with live, actionable insights. This helps firms remediate quickly, reduce risk, and meet regulatory obligations with confidence. Already trusted by more than 45 firms worldwide, the platform is scalable, proven, and designed for both business and technical users.

Alongside our SaaS offering, our unique model delivers consulting services to solve complex challenges, combining deep expertise, ownership and delivery to create lasting change. Our expertise spans Strategy & Operations, Data & AI, Risk & Resilience, Compliance, Transaction Reporting, and ESG. We embed ourselves within client teams to deliver both insight and execution, taking ownership of outcomes and driving measurable impact.

Since our launch in 2019, we have scaled rapidly, creating space for our people to grow the business. Backed by North American private equity investment, and partnerships with the London Stock Exchange Group and Snowflake’s global data platform, we are shaping the future of financial services through innovation in both consulting and technology.

We’re looking for a Product Manager to support the development and evolution of our transaction reporting platform, En>ACT. This hire will be an impactful key contributor to the shaping of the product roadmap and development whilst overseeing delivery, and ensuring our platform stays ahead of shifting regulatory demands and client needs. You will have influence and oversight of the full product lifecycle, from discovery and planning to execution and iteration, working closely with engineering, regulatory experts, and commercial teams. Your work will directly impact the product roadmap and delivery of the roadmap to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Strategy & Vision: Collaborate with the Head of Product Development to define and develop the product roadmap, aligning with company goals and market opportunities. Identify and develop new product features, enhancements, and capabilities to solve meaningful customer problems. Drive product strategy with a strong sense of long-term thinking, scalability, and platform evolution.
  • Product Development: Collaborate with engineering, design, regulatory SME and data teams to deliver high-quality, impactful product releases. Own the end-to-end product lifecycle: discovery, requirements, execution, launch, and iteration. Write detailed product specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria with clarity and precision. Facilitate agile ceremonies, supporting the squad and sprint deliverables against the roadmap. Support product training to internal and external users, inclusive of documentation.
  • Customer & Market Insight: Deeply understand user needs through research, data analysis, and client/user feedback loops. Translate insights into product opportunities and improvements that drive user satisfaction and adoption. Monitor the broader RegTech and FinTech landscape to stay ahead of market and technology trends.
  • Cross-functional Leadership: Act as a key bridge between product, commercial, engineering, and leadership teams. Communicate product decisions, priorities, and progress clearly and consistently across the business. Ensure delivery is on time, on scope, and aligned with both user and business outcomes.
Essential Requirements:
  • 3-5 years experience in product management, within the capital markets space (Asset Management, Banking, RegTech, FinTech, or financial services).
  • Knowledge of regulatory reporting, specifically transaction reporting frameworks (e.g. EMIR, MiFID, SFTR, CFTC, ASIC, MAS etc).
  • Proven track record of owning and delivering high-impact product initiatives end to end.
  • Strong understanding of product development practices - agile, iterative design, experimentation.
  • Experience working with engineering teams in agile or iterative delivery environments.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders.
Nice to have:
  • Exposure to trade lifecycle data, reconciliation workflows, or back-office systems.
  • Technical literacy: familiarity with APIs, data pipelines, or system integrations.
  • Experience scaling products in a startup or growth-stage tech environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering AI capabilities and AI-driven features.
Perks & Benefits:
  • Private Medical Insurance (AXA) – includes mental health, dental, vision, and private GP access.
  • Life Insurance (4× salary) with Unum.
  • Unum’s Help@Hand: includes medical second opinions, physiotherapy, lifestyle coaching, savings and discounts, and cancer support services for you, your partner, and your child(ren).
  • Childcare and Nursery Fee Scheme via salary sacrifice through YellowNest.
  • Employee Assistance Program.
  • Enhanced parental leave (maternity & paternity).
  • Professional qualification sponsorship.
  • Accelerated career progression based on performance, not tenure.
  • Holiday entitlement increases with tenure.
  • Flexible hours with core collaboration time.
