Novatus are excited to be hiring our first social media and content professional! As we continue to grow, we are seeking a content creative to own and manage our social media presence and content creation across multiple platforms. This is a hands-on creative and delivery role focused on video content creation, asset creation, social media management, visual storytelling, brand consistency, and audience engagement.
You’ll work cross-functionally with Product, Regulatory teams, Leadership, and People teams to translate complex regulatory and technology topics into engaging, accessible, and impactful content.
Key Responsibilities- Content Creation & Video Production
- Create high-quality short-form and long-form video content for social media, campaigns, events, and brand marketing.
- Film, edit, and produce content including interviews, thought leadership, event coverage, product marketing, and company culture content.
- Create engaging social-first assets for platforms including LinkedIn.
- Capture and create live content from events, webinars, conferences, and company initiatives.
- Design and edit graphics, visuals, presentations, and branded creative assets.
- Repurpose webinars, podcasts, events, and long-form content into bite-sized social media content.
- Stay ahead of content trends, formats, and platform best practices.
- Social Media Management
- Own and manage the social media marketing calendar across all channels, with a focus on LinkedIn management.
- Create, schedule and publish engaging LinkedIn posts aligned to brand, product, regulatory, and commercial initiatives, monitoring engagement to influence social media strategy.
- Develop thought leadership content in collaboration with leadership, regulatory experts, and product teams.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling copy tailored for B2B and RegTech audiences.
- Test new formats including short-form video, carousels, founder-led content, and thought leadership series.
- Manage the LinkedIn content calendar, ensuring a consistent cadence of high-quality posts.
- Create social campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, followers, and inbound opportunities.
- Optimise content performance through analytics, engagement tracking, and audience insights.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging LinkedIn content formats.

- Analytics & Reporting
- Track and report on social media and content performance metrics.
- Deliver regular reporting, analytics, and actionable insights to the wider marketing team.
- Use performance data to optimise content strategy and improve engagement.
- Brand & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as a brand guardian, ensuring consistency across all social and visual communications.
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines across digital channels.
- Collaborate closely with Regulatory and Product teams to ensure content is both visually engaging and accurate within complex regulatory subject matter.
- Partner with HR and People teams on employer branding initiatives, recruitment campaigns, and culture-focused content.
- Support employee advocacy initiatives and help amplify company announcements across teams.
- Support event marketing and content capture for conferences, webinars, client events, and company initiatives.
- 1 - 4 years' experience in content creation, social media marketing, or multimedia production.
- Strong videography, video editing, and production skills.
- Proficiency with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, CapCut, or similar.
- Experience managing social media channels and content calendars.
- Strong understanding of social media analytics, reporting, and performance optimisation.
- Excellent graphic design and visual storytelling skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency.
- Comfortable translating technical or expert specific topics into engaging content.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced scale-up environment.
- Experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, or RegTech.
- Experience creating employer branding or recruitment marketing content.
- Photography and event content experience.
