Job Overview
We are seeking ambitious graduates to join our Consulting team, working on complex challenges across the financial services sector. As a Graduate Analyst, you will contribute to client engagements from the outset, gaining hands‑on experience while developing your consulting, analytical, and commercial capabilities. Working alongside experienced consultants, you will play an active role in delivering meaningful outcomes for clients while building a strong foundation for your career.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Analyse clients’ operating models and business strategies to identify opportunities for transformation
- Support the delivery of client engagements through structured analysis and problem‑solving approaches
- Contribute to transformation roadmaps aligned with business priorities
- Assess processes, governance, and technology capabilities to identify improvement areas
- Apply data analysis and modelling to support recommendations and business cases
- Work with stakeholders to support delivery and translate requirements into practical solutions
- Develop clear, high‑quality presentations and client deliverables
- Contribute to business development, including proposals and client pitches
- Support internal initiatives and capability development across the firm
Predicted or achieved a 2:1 or above in any discipline (Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated interest in consulting and financial services, with an understanding of key industry themes
Strong communication skills, with some experience engaging and collaborating with stakeholders
Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high‑quality work in a structured and timely manner
Proven ability to contribute effectively within teams
Strong learning agility and ability to develop new skills
