Novatus Global is hiring Graduate Advisory Analysts to enter our Full-time Graduate Program for a September 2025 start. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Ability to work on-site 5 days a week. The ideal candidate will be flexible to work across our Advisory practices and support our teams and clients to drive operational excellence and meaningful impact. Analysts will be able to develop their commercial and operational skillsets alongside their consulting capabilities at a firm that places great emphasis on learning development and career growth. Collaborate with clients to analyse current operating models and business strategies, identifying opportunities for transformation and optimisation. Develop strategy transformation roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market dynamics. Utilise data analytics, benchmarking, and financial modelling to support recommendations and business cases. Provide thought leadership on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in topics such as ESG, risk management, operational resilience and strategy. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent g regulatory change, AI, data, reporting, compliance and ESG) Understanding of wider market trends in particular how they apply to different players in financial services Experience in tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, and data visualisation platforms Ability to develop new skills and build knowledge within management consulting Understanding of business analysis and project and programme management, including roadmap definition, milestone tracking and RAID management Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in financial modelling and business case development.
