Role Overview
The purpose of the role is to deliver high quality subject based teaching that inspires curiosity, confidence and achievement in all students. The candidate will model effective practice, contribute to and where appropriate lead a collaborative team, and support a culture of reflective and inclusive teaching. Central to the role is a commitment to raising student engagement and attainment by removing barriers to learning and ensuring every learner is supported to reach their full potential.
