As part of our commitment to providing an outstanding customer experience at Snetterton Race Circuit, we are looking to further strengthen our Facilities and Maintenance team with an enthusiastic and hardworking Venue Maintenance Assistant to join us as soon as possible on a permanent, full-time basis.

This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in what they do and has a keen eye for detail.

The main duties of the role include

  • Assisting with the general maintenance and upkeep of the venue's grounds and facilities, ensuring all areas are presented to the required standard at all times.
  • Ensuring full compliance with COSHH regulations, Noise at Work Regulations and Motor Sport Vision's Safety, Health & Environmental Policy.
  • Assisting with on-track maintenance as and when required.
  • Assisting with the construction and installation of new works across the venue.
  • Protecting the company's assets and property at all times.
  • Supporting the Maintenance team with a range of tasks, including minor repairs, cleaning, general maintenance and emptying bins.
  • Ensuring the presentation of the venue is maintained to the highest standard, as directed by the Maintenance Foreman.
  • Operating machinery and equipment safely and as instructed, seeking guidance from a Senior Maintenance Assistant or Foreman whenever required.
