About the Role
West Dean College’s Short Course programme is one of the largest and most prestigious in the UK, attracting thousands of learners each year. The Short Course Administrator plays a pivotal role in supporting the delivery of this programme, providing high‑quality administrative and organisational support to ensure courses run smoothly, tutors are fully supported, and students enjoy an exceptional learning experience.
Person Specification
We are seeking an organised, proactive, and adaptable professional with experience in administrative or customer‑facing roles. The successful candidate will be confident with databases and Microsoft Office, attentive to detail, and able to manage competing deadlines. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, supportive approach are essential.
