MotorSport Vision (MSV), the UK's leading race circuit operator, is seeking an enthusiastic Project Events Co-ordinator to join our team at the iconic Brands Hatch circuit. MSV circuits host several major European and national race series, including GT World Challenge, World Superbikes, British Touring Cars, and the ZYN British Superbike Championship. Alongside our promoted race events, we operate several in-house automotive festivals and car shows, such as American SpeedFest, Trucks and Fireworks, Ford Power Live, and Supercar Pageant.
We are looking for an organised and creative Project Events Co-ordinator to join our expanding team, based at Brands Hatch. You will be an integral part of the Events department, assisting in the planning and delivery of multiple automotive shows and events across all five UK MSV venues: Brands Hatch, Donington Park, Snetterton, Oulton Park and Cadwell Park. The role will cover all aspects of department administration and event planning, as well as taking ownership of key content and event delivery responsibilities. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about live events and enjoys creating memorable experiences for both visitors and exhibitors.
Key responsibilities
- Sourcing relevant event content, attractions and displays that enhance the visitor experience
- Supporting the Events Manager in developing event themes, features and content
- Planning and delivering key events throughout the year, ensuring seamless execution and a memorable experience for attendees
- Assisting during the build-up, live operation and breakdown of events
- Managing event-specific social media profiles and creating engaging content for audiences
- Handling incoming department enquiries by telephone and email
- Curating and maintaining exhibitor, club and stakeholder databases and relationships
- Providing creative input to improve and enhance the overall visitor experience
- Ensuring key documentation is distributed to all relevant parties across the MSV group
- Travelling to and attending relevant weekend events across the MSV circuit portfolio
- Producing event-related paperwork and updating website and social media content
- Attending industry functions and exhibitions as required, staying informed about event and visitor experience trends
- Acting as the central point of contact for third-party contractors, ensuring effective collaboration and coordination
The successful candidate will ideally have
- A genuine passion for live events and creating exceptional visitor experiences
- Creative ideas and the ability to contribute innovative concepts to both established and new events
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Strong administration and communication skills
- A keen eye for detail and commitment to delivering high-quality events
- A proactive, team-oriented attitude and a positive approach to problem-solving
- The flexibility to work weekends and travel as required
- An interest in motorsport, automotive culture or enthusiast events would be advantageous, but is not essential
