Overview
Are you a driven sales professional with a talent for lead generation, and a flair for building strong client relationships? If you\’re ready for your next opportunity, we’ve got great news – to support our continued success, we’re looking for a Sales Development/Account Executive to join our fast-paced and ambitious Team.
The base salary for this role is ÂŁ27,000 to ÂŁ30,000 per annum (dependant on experience). However, with uncapped commission the on target earnings (OTE), means you could realistically earn between ÂŁ40,000 to ÂŁ45,000 per annum.
Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new business opportunities through calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
- Engage with key decision-makers to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Nurture leads into loyal customers through upselling, cross-selling, and relationship-building.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure we sell solutions correctly and keep everything aligned using CRM tools like HubSpot.
- Hit and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements
To thrive in this role, you\\\’ll need at least one year of experience in B2B or B2C sales and is used to working to targets. If you’ve worked in the tech or IT industry, that’s a definite plus (training on our products and services will be given though).
With our realistic activity targets, you should be confident in proactive outreach, which includes cold calling, LinkedIn and email campaigns. Whilst some leads will be \\\’warm\\\’, you\\\’ll have a proven ability to generate your own leads.
Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools is essential, as you\\\’ll be managing pipelines and tracking interactions daily. Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) are key, along with the ability to negotiate effectively and manage your time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Your experience in making strong first impressions and building lasting customer relationships will be key to thriving in this role.
