We’re looking for a proactive, organised and solutions‑focused Sales Support Executive to join our IT Systems Sales team.
Day‑to‑day responsibilities:
- Working closely with Systems Sales Account Managers, you will support their accounts by managing operational and administrative tasks, enabling them to focus on sales and customer relationships.
- Processing quotes, orders, returns and backorders accurately and efficiently.
- Managing customer queries via phone, email and ticketing systems.
- Co‑ordinating with internal teams (operations, purchasing, finance) to keep orders and projects on track.
- Resolving issues early and minimising delays so nothing is missed.
Qualifications:
- Experience in administration, customer service or sales support with a strong understanding of what great service looks like.
- Adept at managing your own workload, confident communicating with a wide range of people, and building relationships with Account Managers, customers and colleagues.
- Good problem‑solving skills and a practical approach to getting things done.
- Proficiency in CRM and order processing systems is essential.
- Experience with technical products or working in a B2B environment is a bonus.
