The Senior Warehouse Associate supports efficient warehouse operations in the National Distribution Centre by accurately receiving, replenishing, moving, and managing goods.

The role ensures data accuracy, inventory integrity, operational safety, and the achievement of performance targets while contributing to a collaborative, inclusive, and continuous‑improvement‑oriented work environment.

The position may involve night‑shift or day‑shift duties depending on business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against documentation.
  • Replenish stock locations to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Accurately record stock movements using Warehouse Management Systems.
  • Identify and report discrepancies, damages, and stock issues promptly.
  • Safely handle and move stock using manual handling techniques or equipment such as pallet trucks and forklifts.
  • Participate in cycle counts and stock‑taking activities.
  • Support picking, checking, packing, and dispatching orders when required.
  • Communicate effectively with warehouse leadership and cross‑functional teams.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and operational KPIs.

  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures and all safety and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain high accuracy in stock handling, data entry, and documentation.
