Cadwell Park, one of the UK’s most iconic motor racing circuits, is seeking a passionate and dedicated weekend cleaner to help maintain our high standards of cleanliness during race and trackday events. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of the hardworking team behind the scenes, helping to ensure Cadwell Park remains one of the leading race circuits in the UK.
Throughout the race season, you will be required to work most weekends. Typical shift times are 5:30 AM – 3:50 PM on race event days and 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM during trackday meetings. This role is shared between two cleaners, offering the flexibility to alternate trackday weekends.
As a weekend Cleaner you will be:
- Ensuring the circuit facilities including catering outlets, hospitality, public areas, and toilets, are kept clean, tidy, and presentable at all times.
- Performing routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, litter picking and vacuuming to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation in the pitlane and paddock areas throughout event days.
- Following all health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for yourself and others.
- Working as a team to achieve efficient and effective cleaning operations.
- Reporting any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate department for timely resolution.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar cleaning role is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail.
- A willingness to work events / weekends.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work well within a team.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning operations.
