Overview:
Are you ready to help shape the future of natural beauty and bring nature’s finest products to life? As our Assistant Product Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting the delivery of innovative, efficacious products that delight our customers and make a real difference. Sitting at the heart of our Product Development team, you’ll help drive the NPD process – from concept to launch – ensuring every product reflects our values and commitment to people and planet. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate, proactive individual who thrives on creativity, collaboration, and seeing ideas come to life.
What you’ll do:
- Support the full product development journey: from creating briefs and coordinating consumer insight activities to tracking projects and ensuring finished goods land on time, in full, and within cost.
- Translate macro trends and consumer insights into product opportunities, influencing packaging, formulation, fragrance, claims, and design.
- Work hand-in-hand with the Brand team to align product development activities and deliver a compelling product pipeline.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners – from research and manufacturing to design agencies – confidently preparing briefs, gathering feedback, and supporting project documentation.
- Manage timelines and consolidate information for stakeholders, driving alignment and approvals at key decision points.
What you’ll bring:
- Some experience or strong interest in product development, ideally within beauty, wellness, FMCG, or a similar consumer-led environment.
