At The Mandolay Hotel, we take pride in delivering exceptional standards throughout the hotel, and our Housekeeping Team plays a huge part in creating a fantastic guest experience. We are currently looking for friendly, reliable and detail-focused Housekeeping Team Members / Room Attendants to join our team. This can be a casual or permanent role and will include weekend shifts.
Pay: £14.24 per hour, including holiday pay. Overtime is paid in addition.
What you’ll be doing:
- Cleaning guest bedrooms, bathrooms and public areas to a high standard
- Changing linen, making beds and replenishing room amenities
- Vacuuming, dusting and polishing throughout the hotel
- Reporting maintenance issues or safety concerns
- Assisting guests with requests in a friendly and professional manner
- Keeping housekeeping trolleys and storage areas organised
- Following hotel procedures to maintain a safe and welcoming environment
What we’re looking for:
- A great eye for detail
- Good time management skills
- A positive attitude and team-focused approach
- Previous housekeeping experience is helpful, but not essential as full training will be provided
