We are looking for a positive, flexible and creative Support worker to join our Support team at the Aldingbourne Country Centre. Taking an active role in supporting the well-being and development of people with learning disabilities. Working as part of a team promoting a positive and supportive environment and assisting with vocational training in a variety of work-based social enterprises (including wood work, performing arts, horticulture and craft), enabling people to develop skills, independence and improve well-being.
Working to support plans, and following the appropriate response, reporting, recording procedures. Driving our minibus to bring people to and from the Centre to Chichester or Bognor on a daily basis when required (as cover for regular drivers).
