Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance interactive dashboards and reports using BI and analytical tools.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into scalable analytics solutions.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data through validation, reconciliation, and quality control checks.
- Own and manage BI report suites, ensuring alignment between source systems and published outputs.
- Deliver ad-hoc data analysis and reporting within agreed service levels.
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency, data models, and user experience.
- Support data governance practices and help resolve data quality issues at root cause level.
- Proactively manage priorities, timelines, and stakeholder expectations during periods of competing demand.
- Build and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports that enable users to self-serve insights.
- Validate financial and operational data against source systems and across reports.
- Analyze trends, risks, and performance drivers and communicate insights clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Convert business questions into technical or analytical requirements.
- Collaborate effectively with finance, operations, and technology teams.
- Maintain documentation and support compliance with internal controls and applicable regulations.
Education and Work Requirements
- Experience developing reports and dashboards using BI tools (e.g., Power BI).
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including integration with external data sources.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience supporting finance or performance management functions.
- Exposure to ERP or finance systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365).
- Prior experience in a business partnering or internal consulting capacity.
- Familiarity with data governance and reporting standards in regulated environments.
