This is a varied, hands-on role spanning social media, content creation, email marketing, website content, influencer partnerships and selected paid-media activity. You will help deliver engaging campaigns that grow audiences, support ticket sales and strengthen MSV's digital presence.
Working closely with colleagues, creators and external agencies, you will manage designated channels and campaigns from planning through to delivery and evaluation. Using performance data and audience insight, you will identify opportunities and recommend practical improvements to future activity.

- Create race event ticket pages and maintain accurate, accessible and SEO-friendly content across MSV's websites, using traffic and conversion data to assess effectiveness.
- Develop influencer and creator activity, coordinating briefs, approvals and deliverables, managing agreed budgets and ensuring campaigns meet brand and disclosure requirements.
- Support paid social and PPC activity, monitor campaign budgets and performance and recommend improvements based on results and trends.
Requirements
- At least two years' relevant experience in a social media, content or digital marketing role, with demonstrable experience of managing channels and producing engaging content.
- Experience of planning, delivering and evaluating digital campaigns across a combination of social media, email and website channels.
- Strong copywriting, proofreading and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt content for different platforms, brands and audiences.
- Knowledge of social media advertising, audience targeting and influencer marketing. Experience of Meta Ads Manager or Google Ads is highly desirable.
- Confidence interpreting campaign data and turning insights into practical recommendations. Experience of GA4 or comparable analytics tools would be useful.
