MotorSport Vision (MSV), Europe’s leading race circuit operator, is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Advisor to join the dynamic team based in its Head Office, located at the historic Brands Hatch Circuit in Kent. At MSV, we pride ourselves on delivering fantastic motorsport events and experiences at our renowned circuits across Europe: Brands Hatch, Donington Park, Snetterton, Oulton Park, Cadwell Park, Bedford Autodrome and Circuito De Navarra. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional support both prior to and after their time at our venues.

Key responsibilities of a Customer Service Advisor:

  • Providing outstanding service to external customers
  • Handling general queries about race meetings, driving experiences and other relevant products via email and telephone
  • Providing advice, guidance, support and signposting
  • Resolving any customer concerns and issues, with support from the wider management team
  • Assisting with the administration and fulfilment of race meeting tickets and voucher gift packs
  • Day to day use of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel as well as custom in-house business systems
  • Fielding in‑bound sales calls for tickets, season passes and driving experiences

Requirements of a Customer Service Advisor:

  • Previous office‑based customer service experience
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • A passion for delivering a first‑class customer experience
  • Ability to thrive within a fast paced environment
  • A full UK driving licence (essential due to location)

This role is a fantastic opportunity for somebody who is looking to start a career in the motorsport or customer service sector. Due to the location of Brands Hatch circuit, a full UK driving licence is essential for the role. You will be expected to work a 42.5 hour work week, Monday – Friday, with occasional weekend work for our large, promoted events.
