Are you ready to exceed customer expectations and deliver bold objectives through retail excellence? As our Counter Manager on our Gondola situated in the heart of the Beauty floor, you will have proven sales experience, demonstrating a strong track record of successful business growth. You will be in sole charge of our brand offering in John Lewis Oxford Street providing our customers with a high touch customer experience, sharing your passion for Neals Yard Remedies.

You will be super motivated to deliver on KPIs, increase customer loyalty, and create a positive environment to thrive in. Uncompromising in your approach to identifying opportunities, you will elevate our customer experience, whilst moving our business forward with high-level commercial awareness, experience of retail operations and the ability to build collaborative relationships with retailers and customers alike. You will help deliver an effective business plan to achieve our vision and goals.

You will have previous experience of working as a Counter Manager within a Beauty Brand or be ready for the next exciting stage in your career. Your passion for beauty, skincare and wellness will be infectious, together with experience in delivering on commercial objectives through a customer first approach. Responsible for creating and executing a strong business plan in-line with Neal’s Yard Remedies values & behaviours.
