MotorSport Vision (MSV) is seeking two part time reliable and hardworking Cleaners to join the team at Brands Hatch, one of the UK’s most iconic racing venues. You will play an important role in helping us maintain the high standards of cleanliness and presentation expected across our facilities, ensuring visitors, competitors and guests enjoy a first‑class experience throughout the site. This is a hands‑on position within a supportive team, offering variety and the chance to work in a unique motorsport environment.
We currently have two part‑time cleaning positions available within our team, each with a different shift pattern:
- Position 1 – Office Cleaner (20 hours per week)
Working Monday – Friday either early mornings (5:00am–9:00am) or late evenings after office hours, cleaning office areas. - Position 2 – Venue Cleaner (20 hours per week)
Working early mornings (5:00am–9:00am), Monday to Sunday across the venue. This role includes two days off per week, which will vary depending on the needs of the business; the successful applicant must be willing to work event weekends.
For this role you will be:
- Ensuring the circuit facilities, including buildings, offices, public areas, and toilets, are kept clean, tidy, and presentable at all times.
- Performing routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation in the pitlane and paddock areas throughout event days.
- Following all health and safety regulations and maintaining a safe working environment for yourself and others.
- Working as a team to achieve efficient and effective cleaning operations.
- Reporting any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate department for timely resolution.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar cleaning role is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail.
- A willingness to work events / weekends.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work well within a team.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning operations.
