We are recruiting 18‑21 year old young people for our 12‑week Apprentice Children’s Residential Support Worker programme to start in August 2026 within our homes, supporting children and young people in a safe, nurturing and therapeutic environment. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who are compassionate, resilient and passionate about making a positive difference in young people’s lives, while gaining valuable hands‑on experience and recognised qualifications.

The role offers practical experience alongside structured training and development, with ongoing support from experienced professionals. Apprentices will develop knowledge and skills around safeguarding, understanding trauma, emotional wellbeing and supporting young people to achieve positive outcomes whilst developing a PACE relational model.
