This is an exciting new opportunity to join MotorSport Vision’s (MSV) project team on our ongoing Donington Hall development. MSV is undertaking a magnificent, multi-million-pound renovation of this 1790 Grade II* listed property to transform it into a superb 49-bedroom luxury hotel, reinstating the historic association with the Donington Park motor racing circuit. You will be employed by MSV whilst working closely with the interior designer, Studio Munro, supporting procurement for MSV's flagship Donington Hall project.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the procurement of FF&E and OS&E across the project, working to Studio Munro's specifications
  • Raising and tracking purchase orders, and maintaining accurate procurement schedules and trackers
  • Liaising with suppliers, manufacturers, and contractors to confirm lead times, pricing, and availability
  • Monitoring order progress and chasing deliveries to keep the project on schedule
  • Coordinating logistics, deliveries, storage, and installation timing with the wider construction team
  • Checking deliveries against orders and specifications, and resolving shortages or discrepancies
  • Maintaining budget records and flagging variances to the project team
  • Keeping procurement documentation, supplier records, and specifications accurate and up to date
  • Attending project meetings and site visits as required

Essential requirements:

  • Experience in procurement, purchasing, buying, or supply chain, ideally within hospitality, interiors, or construction
  • Excellent organisational skills, accuracy, and a keen eye for detail
  • Confidence with spreadsheets and Microsoft Office, particularly for tracking orders and budgets
  • Strong administration and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A proactive attitude with a positive approach to problem solving
  • Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
  • The flexibility to work weekends if necessary and travel as required

Desirable requirements:

  • Familiarity with FF&E and/or OS&E procurement for luxury hotels or high-end residential projects
  • Experience using procurement, ordering, or stock-management systems
  • Knowledge of supplier negotiation and budget management
