MotorSport Vision are currently seeking an Assistant Circuit Manager to join the team at Snetterton Race Circuit. This is a key operational role supporting the Circuit Manager in the effective day‑to‑day management of one of the UK’s leading motorsport venues. The successful candidate will help deliver a busy calendar of race meetings, track days and corporate events, ensuring the circuit operates safely, efficiently and to the high standards expected across the MotorSport Vision Group.

Working at the centre of circuit operations, the Assistant Circuit Manager will support all aspects of event delivery, site management and administrative control. From pre‑event planning through to live operational management and post‑event reporting, the role offers genuine variety and responsibility within a fast‑paced motorsport environment. This position would suit an organised and proactive individual with strong administrative skills, a can‑do attitude and a genuine enthusiasm for live events. The successful applicant will be confident overseeing administrative processes, maintaining high Health & Safety standards and contributing to the continuous improvement of the venue.

Duties of the Assistant Circuit Manager Role:
  • Working closely with the Circuit Manager to assist in the planning and delivery of race meetings and all on‑site activities
  • Supporting the management of event operations in line with company procedures and budgets
  • Overseeing general administration in advance of event days
  • Approving payroll and checking for accuracy
  • Assisting with financial event returns and financial reporting
  • Overseeing on‑site Health & Safety compliance, including completion of Incident Report Forms (IRFs)
  • Carrying out regular site inspections to ensure safety and presentation standards are maintained
  • Participating in the duty manager rota to provide senior management cover when the venue is operational
  • Supporting the continuous improvement of the venue’s appearance and facilities
Requirements:
  • Experience supporting the delivery of live events (motorsport or large public events advantageous but not essential)
  • Extensive administration experience, including Microsoft Excel
  • A general understanding of Health & Safety requirements within an operational environment
  • A proactive, solution‑focused approach
  • The ability to work within operational and staffing budgets
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Clear and confident communication skills
  • A full, clean UK driving licence (essential)

Due to the nature of the Assistant Circuit Manager position at Snetterton, there will be a requirement to commit to both weekend and evening work throughout the race season (March – November). Any days worked over your 42.5 hour contracted hours, will be given back as a day in lieu. Due to the requirements of this role, a full driving licence is essential to be considered.
