We work on projects throughout the UK, from routine maintenance and smaller shop-fit installations through to major site redevelopments and large-scale EV charging hubs. Alongside our petrol station work, we also deliver electrical projects across a wide range of commercial and industrial environments, including bus and truck depots, banks and food outlets. About the Role We're looking for a time-served, 18th Edition Electrician to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis. This is a varied role where no two projects are necessarily the same. You'll work on electrical installations, maintenance and fault-finding across petrol filling stations and a range of commercial and industrial sites throughout the UK. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: * Inspection and testing * Reactive and planned maintenance * Electrical fault finding and diagnostics * Small installations, including internal shop fits * Larger electrical installations and site redevelopments * EV charging installations and infrastructure * Working on commercial and industrial electrical installations * Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard * Working independently and as part of a wider project team The role offers the opportunity to work on everything from smaller reactive jobs through to large-scale redevelopment projects and EV charging hubs, making it ideal for an electrician who enjoys variety and wants to continue developing their skills. Occasional travel and working away from home throughout the UK is an essential part of the role.This will generally be Monday to Friday, with no requirement for weekend working away from home. Requirements To be successful in this role, you'll need: * To be a time-served electrician * 18th Edition qualification * A current/in-date ECS card * A full UK driving licence with 6 points or fewer * Experience carrying out electrical installation work * Experience with inspection and testing * Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills * The ability to work to a high standard with minimal supervision * A professional and reliable approach to work * A strong commitment to health and safety * Flexibility to work away from home throughout the UK What We Offer * £42,000–£62,000 earning potential * Company van and fuel card * Company uniform and power tools provided * 31 days’ annual leave * Pension and sick pay * Training and development opportunities * Overtime and on-call opportunities * Additional uplift for working away from home * Long-term career progression opportunities * Opportunity to work on major EV and electrical infrastructure projects We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work and understands the importance of delivering a high-quality, professional service to our customers.
