THE ROLE
We are looking for a Paid Media Manager to own and develop campaign delivery across part of our client portfolio and become an operational backbone of the agency as we build the team up. You will be the day-to-day lead on client accounts - managing campaigns, reporting, and supporting client communications - while our MD and planner focus on new business development and agency growth.
This is a high-ownership role with real scope. You will have direct client relationships, independence, meaningful input on strategy, and the opportunity to grow into a senior position rapidly as the team scales.
We are less concerned with where you have been than with what you are capable of. If your current title does not reflect your abilities or the level you are ready to operate at, that will not count against you here.
