Through our Operator-Led Buyout Program (OLBO), we provide a structured, scalable solution for business succession and ensure lasting value for all stakeholders as you partner with us to search, acquire and lead.

As an NCA Operator, you will spearhead a up-to 24-month professional search to acquire one SME, with support from our Investment Management team and a competitive compensation package.
