About the Role
We are looking for a driven and people‑focused Training Consultant to join our team and play a key role in connecting individuals and employers with meaningful training opportunities. This is more than a sales role – it’s about building partnerships, creating pathways and helping people take the next step in their careers.
About Us
Novaskill is a not‑for‑profit Registered Training Organisation and Group Training Organisation with over 45 years of experience delivering quality Vocational Education and Training. We operate across six locations from Northern NSW to the Central Coast, offering training and employment opportunities that help people make a lasting impact in their communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across targeted industries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with employers and students
- Promote RTO training opportunities and match training solutions to employer needs
- Manage the enrolment pipeline from enquiry to commencement
- Support learner onboarding and ensure a positive student experience
- Work closely with local schools to support VET opportunities
- Collaborate with trainers and operations teams to support delivery outcomes
About You
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role
- Strong relationship management and communication skills
- Ability to manage a pipeline and work toward enrolment targets
- Commercially minded, with a proactive and results‑driven approach
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Experience working within the VET sector (desirable)
