About the Role:

  • Ensure the implementation of activities aimed at creating favourable conditions for increasing the availability of the Company's Products in the Assigned Territory.
  • Define the market access strategy for the Company's Products by synchronising with the healthcare development strategy of the Russian Federation and the Company's business strategy.
  • Conduct analysis of the activities of other pharmaceutical companies in the Assigned Territory based on data obtained from open sources.
  • Determine market shares, availability of the company's products and competitors' products in auctions, procurement schedules, inclusion in the Territorial Programme of State Guarantees, and availability of innovative models of drug provision implemented in the market.
  • Analyse existing activities across all therapeutic areas in regional state healthcare development programmes (timelines, goals, objectives, target indicators); develop proposals for the introduction of new activities/subprogrammes aimed at increasing the availability of the Company's Products.
  • Propose forms of cooperation aimed at implementing activities defined in the state healthcare development programmes.
  • Prepare and submit dossiers on the Company's Products to healthcare management authorities, including adapting clinical and pharmacoeconomic justification for the inclusion of the Company's Products in regional preferential lists.
  • Prepare proposals and necessary documentation and conduct negotiations with heads of relevant Medical organisations, leading specialists, and healthcare management authorities regarding increasing the availability of the Company's Products for patients.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key healthcare specialists who are leading experts in their field, in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.

You are an excellent candidate for this role if you have:

  • At least 3 years of experience as a regional manager for product market entry, regional manager or similar functional roles.
  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical market, competitive environment, government structures, and decision-making levels.
  • Higher education: preferably in medicine, pharmacy, or biology.
  • Knowledge of pharmacoeconomics, economics, and experience in implementing government programmes in healthcare.
  • Analytical thinking, ability to work with large amounts of information, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
