Key Responsibilities:

Essential Requirements:
- Master's degree or doctorate in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Bioinformatics, or related quantitative discipline.
- Proven experience developing artificial intelligence and automation solutions within a scientific or technical environment.
- Strong expertise in software engineering best practices, including testing, documentation, deployment, and version control.
- Advanced programming skills in Python or R, with experience building and deploying production solutions.
- Specialist knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, large language models, or advanced data science methods.
- Experience working with large-scale computing environments, databases, cloud platforms, or distributed systems.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated track record of delivering high-quality scientific or technical outcomes in a collaborative environment.

At Novartis, we’re committed to reimagining medicine together - and rewarding the people who make it happen. Expected Annual Base Salary Range for role: 57,050.00 - 105,950.00. The base salary offered is determined based on gender-neutral objectives, such as relevant skills, competencies and experience in accordance with the Novartis pay setting policy and upon joining Novartis will be reviewed periodically. In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for a performance-based bonus depending on certain performance parameters.
