Key Responsibilities

  • Lead non-interventional studies using real-world data aligned with Integrated Evidence Plans
  • Develop study concepts, protocols, reports, and contribute to analysis and interpretation
  • Ensure scientific rigor in evidence strategy, study design, and analytical approaches
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to shape evidence generation
  • Support creation and execution of innovative evidence strategies and methodologies
  • Stay current with trends, technologies, and insights to drive evidence innovation
  • Provide scientific oversight for country-level studies and publications

Essential Requirements

  • Advanced degree in life sciences or healthcare; MBA or equivalent preferred
  • 3+ experience in evidence generation within pharma, academia, or healthcare
  • Proven ability to design and deliver non-interventional studies using real-world data
  • Strong communication skills to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
  • Excellent collaboration and influencing skills in a global matrix environment
  • Results-driven mindset with ability to meet deadlines in dynamic settings
