The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

Contributes, with appropriate oversight, to all aspects of Managed Access Programmes to deliver programmes within schedule, budget, quality/compliance and performance standards. Core member of the Managed Access Team, contributes to operational excellence through process improvement and knowledge sharing.

Location: This is a London office based role with hybrid working which means 12 days per month in the office. We are not able to support visa or relocation for this role, so please only apply if you have the right to work in the UK permanently.

Major Accountabilities:

  • Contributes to all Managed Access Programme deliverables, according to timelines, budget, operational procedures, quality/compliance and performance standards.
  • Ensuring proper handling of all Managed Access activities including but not limited to new requests, resupplies, drug supply and audit readiness.
  • Reporting of technical complaints/adverse events/special case scenarios related to Novartis products within 24 hours of receipt.
  • Distribution of marketing samples (where applicable).
  • Supporting any additional medical affairs activities such as integrated evidence, medical governance and operations.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Timely, efficient and quality execution of Managed Access Programme related activities within budget, and in compliance with quality standards.
  • Proactive operational planning with effective contingency and risk mitigation plans.
  • Adherence to Novartis policy and guidelines and external regulations.

Work Experience:

  • Medical/Pharmacy or Life Sciences degree.
  • MAP experience is desirable.
  • Previous pharmaceutical experience from roles such as study management/project management, Early access medical requests, medical information or other transferable skills relating to medical affairs activities.
  • Collaborating across boundaries.
  • Medical affairs operations management.
