About The Role As Global Program Clinical Head (GPCH), you will be the clinical lead for Neuroscience, overseeing full development products. You will contribute to overall strategy in collaboration with functions such as Regulatory Affairs and Market Access. Your responsibilities include developing and implementing the Clinical Development plan, leading a cross-functional team, ensuring alignment of early development plans with strategy, and leading licensing evaluations. You will also develop and execute the disease area strategy. What You’ll Be Doing Providing clinical input to support Business Development & Licensing activities. Driving the transition of pre-PoC projects to Development Decision Point. Contributing to the Integrated Development Plan aligned with the Target Product Profile for regulatory approval and market access. Creating and implementing Clinical Development strategies supporting decision analysis and resource allocation. Leading the creation of clinical documents with high quality and consistency. Interacting with external stakeholders (regulatory authorities, KOLs, patient groups) and internal teams (Research, Medical Affairs). Monitoring drug safety and signal detection from post-marketing surveillance. Supporting registration, market access, and product license maintenance. Planning and executing publication and communication strategies. What You’ll Bring To The Role MD or PhD with 10+ years in clinical research or drug development, including Phases I-III/IV and submissions. A passion for Neuroscience. Expertise in Neuroscience, clinical trial design, statistics, and regulatory processes. Strong partnership and leadership skills in a global/matrix environment. Desirable MD or MD/PhD in Neurology, with experience in Cell & Gene, Rare, or Neuromuscular diseases. This is a hybrid role based in Basel, London, or Barcelona.
