About the Role
- Drive global regulatory process transformation initiatives to improve efficiency, quality, and operational excellence.
- Lead continuous process improvement activities, identifying opportunities to simplify and optimise ways of working.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance regulatory process documentation, guidance, and associated performance metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to implement process, system, and technology improvements.
- Assess regulatory changes and evaluate their impact on processes, systems, training, and compliance.
- Support organisational readiness through effective change management, training, and capability-building activities.
- Contribute expertise in process design, governance, risk management, and compliance across Regulatory Affairs.
Essential Requirements
- Degree in Life Sciences or equivalent experience within a regulated industry environment.
- Strong understanding of regulatory affairs, drug development processes, and global regulatory requirements.
- Experience developing, improving, and implementing end-to-end business processes and procedural documentation.
- Knowledge of quality management systems, standard operating procedures, and compliance frameworks.
- Ability to analyse complex information, influence stakeholders, and drive change across matrix organisations.
- Strong technology mindset with experience leveraging digital tools, automation, and data-driven insights.

The base salary offered is determined based on gender-neutral objectives, such as relevant skills, competencies and experience in accordance with the Novartis pay setting policy and upon joining Novartis will be reviewed periodically. In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for a performance-based bonus depending on certain performance parameters.
