Your Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

β€’ Experience of working in a team within a matrix management structure within a larger organization
β€’ Knowledge and experience of tech transfer activities for medical/pharma products moving from R&D into production
β€’ Knowledge and experience in supplier management and capital equipment acquisition
β€’ Knowledge and experience of process development tools and industry-accepted validation methods
β€’ Provide expertise and input into device scale-up activities including DFM; DFA, precision component moulding and assembly.
β€’ Specialist expertise knowledge area in one or more of the following:
– Process development & scale-up
– DFM/precision medical component moulding
– DFA/ precision medical device assembly
– Primary packaging including sterile injectables, selection, fill-finish and assembly
– Secondary & Tertiary packaging for medical/pharma products, development and manufacturing
– Shipping & transport development & testing for medical/pharma products
