In this role you provide strategic statistical leadership for HTA, pricing, reimbursement and market access. You will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver scientifically rigorous, payer-relevant evidence and advance HTA capabilities across the product lifecycle. You will drive evidence generation, methodological innovation and external communication with HTA bodies, while shaping standards and templates for scalable analyses. This is a high-impact, cross-regional position with a clear focus on real-world evidence and decision-making impact.

Responsibilities
- Provide strategic statistical leadership for HTA, pricing and reimbursement, market access and integrated evidence-generation activities across programs
- Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-regional teams to ensure HTA evidence is rigorous and decision-relevant
- Lead implementation of efficient HTA methods and apply population-adjustment, evidence synthesis, and other HTA-specific techniques
- Advise on survival extrapolation, treatment-switching adjustment, health-state utility mapping, causal inference from real-world data, missing-data methods, external controls and transportability
- Support payer responses and scientific interactions with decision-making agencies and healthcare professionals
- Contribute to publication work and ensure high-quality statistical outputs across parallel projects
- Oversee project-level activities, manage resources, and ensure timely delivery of analyses
- Provide scientific and quality oversight for outsourced HTA activities
- Coach and mentor biostatisticians in HTA methodologies and scientific communication
- Establish credibility through peer-reviewed work and active involvement in HTA groups
- Support Joint Clinical Assessment requirements in Europe
- Drive standards, reusable templates, automation, and best practices for HTA analyses
Key requirements
- PhD in Statistics, Biostatistics, Mathematics or related quantitative field with 8+ years of relevant experience, or Master with 12+ years
- Expertise in HTA, reimbursement evidence generation, and indirect treatment comparison methods
- Advanced understanding of drug development and evidence needs of major HTA/reimbursement bodies across regions
- Ability to lead multiple complex projects in a global matrix and influence senior decisions
