Summary
Location: Russia, Nizhny Novgorod. We are currently looking for an Account Manager in the Cardiology direction.
About the Role
- Creating and implementing a work plan for each medical organisation in the Assigned Territory.
- Acting as a leader and coordinator of the cross-functional team in the Assigned Territory while implementing the work plan with medical organisations.
- Ensuring the execution of the agreed plan for informing about the Company's Products in the Assigned Territory, visiting and informing healthcare specialists strictly within the framework and in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
- Knowledge of mandatory information, namely: basic medical information about the nosology; clinical recommendations for therapy of this nosology; design and results, conclusions from studies; number of patients who participated in the study; key messages used in the materials of the current marketing cycle; instructions for Products; competitive advantages of the products, as well as possession of information on all Company Products registered in the territory of the Russian Federation.
- Knowledge of the location of all medical institutions, pharmacies, firms, and organisations engaged in pharmaceutical activities in the Assigned Territory.
- Studying and possessing information obtained from public sources about the target audience of healthcare specialists in the Assigned Territory and products in pharmacies and organisations engaged in pharmaceutical activities.
- Compliance with the frequency of visits to healthcare specialists according to segmentation and tasks of the cycle, recorded in the relevant electronic systems of the Company.
- Conducting visits to healthcare specialists daily during working hours in accordance with the visit model and strictly within the framework and in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation and compliance standards.
- Conveying to healthcare specialists during each visit key messages about the Company's Products while adhering to the established visit structure; during each visit - informing about the indications for the use of the Product, safety profile, rules for reporting adverse events, forms of release, therapeutic effect achieved when using the Company's Products, and conditions under which such an effect can be achieved. The volume of information provided about the Products must correspond to the marketing plan.
You are an excellent candidate for this role if you have:
- Higher medical/pharmaceutical education.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within an international pharmaceutical company.
- Communication and interaction skills in a cross-functional team.
- Knowledge and skills in Territory management and planning work in a similar role.
- Negotiation skills.
- Presentation skills.
- Confident user of personal computers and office equipment.
- Proficiency in office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
