Key Responsibilities
- Lead global labelling content strategies for neuroscience assets, ensuring alignment with product and regulatory objectives.
- Drive development of core and major market labelling, including global and regional prescribing information.
- Shape key product claims and positions using scientific evidence and strategic regulatory insight.
- Partner across regulatory, clinical, safety, medical and commercial teams to achieve global alignment.
- Lead interactions and negotiations on labelling content with health authorities when required.
- Monitor regulatory developments and competitor intelligence to strengthen labelling strategies and market positioning.
- Champion quality, compliance and capability building through coaching, guidance and knowledge sharing.
Essential Requirements
- Advanced scientific degree or equivalent expertise in a life sciences discipline.
- Significant experience in global labelling or regulatory affairs within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven ability to lead labelling strategy for complex development and lifecycle products.
- Strong understanding of drug development, benefit‑risk assessment and safety data interpretation.
- Demonstrated success influencing cross‑functional stakeholders within a global matrix environment.
- Excellent communication, strategic thinking and decision‑making skills with a focus on quality and compliance.

The base salary offered is determined based on gender‑neutral objectives, such as relevant skills, competencies and experience in accordance with the Novartis pay setting policy and upon joining Novartis will be reviewed periodically. In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for a performance‑based bonus depending on certain performance parameters. Long‑term equity awards granted at group level may also be part of your package.
