Summary

The AI and Innovation Product Manager guides the development, launch, and continuous improvement of AI‑powered products, ensuring alignment with user needs and business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Accountable for product management of 1‑3 products depending on scale and complexity.
  • Lead the development, launch, and continuous improvement of AI‑powered products in collaboration with business owners and cross‑functional teams.
  • Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with user needs and business objectives.
  • Manage the product lifecycle, including MVP development, scaling, and continuous refinement through data‑driven decision‑making.
  • Oversee product budget and resource allocation to maximize ROI and impact, maintaining stakeholder engagement and prioritizing feature development.
  • Collaborate with DDIT and external parties to ensure seamless product delivery and transition to the maintenance phase.
  • Ideal Background

Education

  • Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Desirable: Master’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Languages

Excellent English required (oral & written).

Experience/Professional Requirements

  • 7+ years in the life science sector and 3+ years in a product management role.
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully launching and scaling products from conception to market.
  • Strong stakeholder management, process design, and value realization capabilities.
  • Experience in leading product strategy, development, and continuous improvement.
  • Experience in both start‑up and enterprise settings, bringing a versatile perspective to product development and management.
