Key Responsibilities
- Lead design and execution of non-interventional studies aligned with Integrated Evidence Plans
- Develop study concepts, protocols, reports, and contribute to final analyses and publications
- Ensure scientific rigor and relevance in evidence strategy, study design, and data interpretation
- Engage with global stakeholders including key opinion leaders, advisory boards, and patient groups
- Represent Novartis in external collaborations and lead/co-chair steering committees for studies
- Support development of innovative methodologies and technologies to enhance evidence generation
- Stay current with trends and drive adoption of emergent evidence approaches across teams
Essential Requirements
- Advanced degree in life sciences or healthcare; MBA or equivalent preferred
- Solid experience in pharma, academic research, or healthcare with focus on evidence generation
- Strong expertise in non-interventional study design and Real-World Evidence methodologies
- Proven ability to communicate complex scientific concepts to diverse internal and external audiences
- Demonstrated success working in cross-functional, global matrix environments
- Excellent collaboration, organizational, and strategic thinking skills
