Novaro is looking for a commercially minded TikTok Shop Account Strategist to help brands launch, grow and scale through social commerce.
This role is about bringing together all the moving parts of TikTok Shop - product selection, pricing, promotions, affiliate activity, content, live shopping and paid media - and turning them into a clear strategy that delivers measurable growth.
You’ll take ownership of a portfolio of client accounts, build trusted relationships and work closely with our specialist teams to improve performance.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Developing clear TikTok Shop strategies aligned with client goals
- Setting objectives, budgets and commercial plans
- Identifying opportunities across products, pricing, promotions and trading activity
- Turning performance data into clear insight and practical recommendations
- Overseeing Seller Centre onboarding and account development
- Coordinating affiliate, content, live shopping and paid media activity
- Helping clients understand the wider impact TikTok Shop has across ecommerce, Amazon and retail
We’re looking for someone who is analytical, proactive and confident with clients.
You’ll need to be comfortable having honest performance conversations, challenging where needed and finding a way forward when the answer is not immediately obvious.
Experience in TikTok Shop, ecommerce, marketplaces, social commerce or performance-led account management would be ideal.
