Novaro is a fast-growing Social Commerce agency helping brands unlock their potential through social, creators, and e-commerce. As a start-up, we’re big on innovation, creativity, and collaboration and we’re looking for a Social Commerce Manager to grow with us and make a real impact.
The role
You’ll act as the key link between our clients and delivery teams, owning relationships and ensuring campaigns run smoothly from start to finish. This is a hands-on role with real ownership, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to shape how social commerce is delivered.
What you’ll be doing
- Managing client relationships and acting as the main point of contact
- Overseeing end-to-end delivery of social commerce and content campaigns
- Leading TikTok Shop setup and ongoing management
- Creating and maintaining content calendars
- Reporting on performance, insights, and ROI
- Identifying opportunities to grow accounts through upsell and cross-sell
- Managing affiliate partnerships and creator collaborations
- Supporting onboarding of new clients
- Keeping up to date with trends and sharing insights with clients
- Supporting wider projects to help scale the agency
What we’re looking for
- Experience working in a client-facing marketing, social or agency role
