Manchester (Hybrid) Novaro is a fast-growing Social Commerce agency helping brands unlock their potential through social, creators, and e-commerce. As a start-up, we’re big on innovation, creativity, and collaboration.
The role involves acting as the key link between our clients and delivery teams, owning relationships and ensuring campaigns run smoothly from start to finish. This is a hands-on role with real ownership, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to shape how social commerce is delivered.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing client relationships and acting as the main point of contact
- Overseeing end-to-end delivery of social commerce and content campaigns
- Leading TikTok Shop setup and ongoing management
- Creating and maintaining content calendars
- Reporting on performance, insights, and ROI
- Identifying opportunities to grow accounts through upsell and cross-sell
- Managing affiliate partnerships and creator collaborations
- Supporting onboarding of new clients
- Keeping up to date with trends and sharing insights with clients
- Supporting wider projects to help scale the agency
What we’re looking for:
- Experience working in a client-facing marketing, social or agency role
