Novaris Search is excitedly partnered with a renowned UK-based contract manufacturer at the forefront of health & beauty product innovation, currently developing a diverse range of products for multiple globally-known brands and retailers. They are seeking a hands-on Project Manager to champion new and existing customer projects, guiding them from concept to commercialisation to maintain high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct all product-related projects, including internal initiatives and external customer tech transfers.
- Drive Timely Execution: Create and oversee project timelines and communications from concept to launch.
- Establish and ensure high quality standards, assess risks, and manage project scope effectively.
- Resource Optimization: Allocate and monitor resources to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Proactive Reporting: Communicate outcomes and risks; escalate issues as needed.
- Client Engagement: Hands-on management of multiple client activities while guiding departmental teams, chairing weekly meetings ensuring clarity on action items.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, or related.
- 4+ years of Project Management experience in manufacturing (contract manufacturing preferred).
- Familiarity with cGMP, Nutraceutical, Packaging or Food/Beverage industries ideally.
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to lead, motivate and manage teams.
