Novaris Search is hiring Executive Search Consultants to join our growing Leeds city centre office, working on-site 5 days a week. This role is a sales and business development role and provides you with the opportunity to be client facing in the global corporate world.

What you will be doing as an Executive Search Consultant:
- Managing your own business within our business, specialising in one of our many industries on a global basis.
- Headhunting top industry talent into high-level job openings internationally.
- Managing and building client and candidate relationships as soon as you start the role and responsible for the entire end-to-end recruitment process.
- Working towards targets, having KPIs and being responsible for developing your own clients from scratch.
