We are currently recruiting for an experienced FLT Multiway Driver to join a well-established manufacturing business based in the Shipley area. The company specialises in the production of bespoke products supplied into the construction, infrastructure and utility sectors. Operating from a modern manufacturing facility, they have built a strong reputation for quality, reliability and innovation within their industry.

This is a key role within the warehouse and production operation, supporting the movement of materials and finished products throughout the site. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring products are safely stored, picked and transported to support production schedules and customer deliveries. This role would suit someone with previous experience operating Multiway FLT trucks who is comfortable working within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Duties:
  • Operating a Multiway FLT to move long and oversized materials safely around site
  • Loading and unloading deliveries
  • Supplying materials to production departments
  • Transporting finished goods to warehouse and dispatch areas
  • Storing stock within designated locations
  • Carrying out daily FLT safety checks
  • Assisting with stock control and inventory management
  • Supporting warehouse and production teams where required
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
  • Following all company health and safety procedures
