Novara People are recruiting for Production Operatives to join a well-established manufacturing business based in Halifax Our client manufactures specialist products supplied to a wide range of industries and is looking for reliable, hardworking individuals to join their growing production team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a business that values quality, teamwork and continuous improvement. This is a hands-on role where you'll be involved in various stages of the manufacturing process, ensuring products are produced safely, efficiently and to a high standard. Key Responsibilities Mixing and preparing raw materials in line with production specifications Weighing ingredients accurately using production equipment Operating manufacturing machinery safely and efficiently Filling, sealing and labelling finished products Monitoring production processes and carrying out quality checks Packing products ready for dispatch Maintaining accurate production records where required Keeping work areas clean, organised and safe Following all health and safety procedures at all times Supporting other production departments when required Skills Required Previous production or manufacturing experience is preferred but not essential A good work ethic and positive attitude Ability to follow instructions and work to production targets Strong attention to detail Comfortable ...
