We are currently recruiting for an experienced TIG Welder to join a well-established manufacturing business based in Halifax.

This role is ideal for an experienced TIG Welder who has a keen eye for detail, can work from engineering drawings and enjoys producing high-quality finished work.
Location: Halifax, West Yorkshire
Pay Rate: Β£14.57 per hour
Job Type: Temporary to Permanent
Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday
7:00am - 5:30pm
1-hour break (30 mins paid and 30 mins unpaid)
Duties:
- Carrying out TIG welding on a variety of metal components
- Working from engineering drawings and technical specifications
- Producing high-quality welds to company standards
- Inspecting completed work to ensure quality requirements are met
- Using workshop tools and equipment safely
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment
- Working closely with the production team to meet deadlines
As part of the recruitment process, all successful applicants will be required to complete a practical TIG welding test.
Skills Required:
- Previous TIG welding experience is essential
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- High attention to detail and pride in producing quality work
