My client are looking to recruit a highly motivated, proactive individual to join their service administration team. Located at the Head Office in Brighouse, the role will be required to contribute towards the efficient and successful service department. We are seeking an individual who is organised, methodical and an excellent communicator, with previous experience in an administration role.
Working hours: Monday to Thursday 8.30am - 5pm, Friday 8.30am - 2.30pm
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Answering telephone calls, managing telephone and email enquiries.
- Organising meetings, booking hotel rooms and managing engineers' diaries.
- Creating and updating reports, mainly in Microsoft Excel.
- Undertaking basic invoicing, expense tracking and monitoring of timesheets.
- Creating and issuing service reports from Engineers' reports, excellent attention to detail is a must.
- Administration support to other members of the office, including filing, photocopying, ordering stationery, ordering supplies for site engineers and managing the inventory.
- Greeting visitors, and acceptance of small deliveries.
Skills Required:
- Strong IT Skills.
- Experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, & Outlook), ERP Systems and client portals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to confidently communicate at all levels.
- Ability to manage, prioritise and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- A minimum of 3 years experience in an administration role.
Additional Information:
- 25 days paid holiday plus bank holidays

- 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
