Novara People is growing, and we are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant or Business Development Manager to join the business. This role is suited to someone who knows recruitment, understands sales, and has a proven track record of generating revenue. You will have the autonomy to build and grow your own desk, whether that’s within industrial, engineering, or construction markets, across temp or perm. We are not looking for someone to learn the ropes; we want someone who can hit the ground running and add value from day one.
