We are currently recruiting for an Internal Sales Executive to join a well-established business supplying specialist mechanical and electrical products to customers across a range of industries. This is a busy, varied role where you will be responsible for looking after existing customer accounts, processing enquiries and orders, preparing quotations and supporting the external sales team. You will become a key point of contact for customers, building strong relationships while identifying opportunities to grow accounts and maximise sales. Key Responsibilities
- Managing customer enquiries via telephone, email and online channels
- Processing customer orders accurately using the company system
- Preparing quotations and following them up
- Providing customers with order and delivery updates
